Kasva supported a leading B2C brand in the healthcare industry with 15M+ customers in their evaluation for starting a new venture. We conducted 20+ user interviews, ran a customer survey with hundreds of respondents, and performed a market and competitor research. In addition, Kasva drafted the growth and monetization model for the new venture and supported calculating the unit economics. Based on the user research and analysis, Kasva provided a recommendation to the client that allowed them to take the decision whether to launch the new venture.
Kasva took on an interim product lead role for the duration of three months for a fast growing B2B AI startup in the healthcare industry. During that period, Kasva performed dozens of customer interviews, elicited customer requirements, defined the strategic roadmap for the upcoming months, and worked with cross-functional teams to accomplish quarterly goals by continuously improving the existing product and by building prototypes to explore new use cases. One of the discovered use cases resulted in a potential >$100M cost saving p.a. for one of their clients.
